Brands come to us when they need their own silicone molds produced at volume — a new resin, soap, candle, baking, or chocolate mold shape, or a custom molded silicone part. We run the mold making as an OEM process: your brief, our tooling, a sample for approval, then bulk.

This is a B2B production service, not a DIY mold-making kit or liquid compound sale.

1. Brief — drawing, 3D file, reference sample, or photo; use (craft or food contact), cavity count, size.
2. DFM & tooling quote — we review draft, wall thickness, and demolding, then quote tooling and unit price.
3. Tooling — the steel or aluminum production tool is made for your shape.
4. Sample — samples in your color and Shore A for approval; changes are confirmed before bulk.
5. Bulk — production and packing via private label / custom molding.

Sample and bulk lead times are quoted per project. MOQ is quoted by SKU (kitchen catalog lots typically from 500 pcs). Catalog samples typically 7–14 days; bulk typically 20–35 days after sample approval.

Custom silicone molds are tooled from your drawing or sample, then produced in bulk for your brand. Typical programs: exclusive baking, candy, chocolate, soap, candle, resin, cake pop, or ice cavities; private label packing; and annual volume lots. Tooling is quoted separately; production MOQ follows sample approval and is quoted by SKU. Catalog resin shapes stay on silicone resin molds; finished molded parts (gaskets, grips) on custom molded silicone; all mold categories on the silicone mold hub.
